I have this goal to make all of my own bread this semester (in an effort to save a bit of money...place homemade bread is super tasty). Last night I made some pita bread that didn't turn out as well as I hoped it would. I think it'll be good if I tinker with the recipe a bit.
Has anyone had success with pita bread...or do you have any other good bread recipes you'd like to share??
